Our Process

Surface Inspection
Check the surface condition, old coating and site conditions before work starts.

Surface Preparation
Blasting or power tool cleaning to the grade given in the specification.

Environmental Check
Humidity, dew point and steel temperature checked before each coat.

Coating Application
Specified primer, intermediate and finish coats applied as per the system.

Thickness Checks
Wet film (WFT) checks while painting and dry film (DFT) checks after each coat.

Documentation & Handover
Inspection records kept and shared with the client at handover.

Standards We Follow
Surface preparation and coating work is carried out as per the client's paint specification and recognised industry standards, such as ISO 8501 and SSPC surface preparation grades.
Where a specification is not available, we recommend a suitable coating system and agree it with the client before starting.
